Remember that Dakota Fanning movie "Hounddog," when reportedly she gets raped? It was talked about for maybe a week last February, then it disappeared. Empire Film Group has received all distribution rights to the film to release it JULY 18, putting it up against "The Dark Knight" and "Mamma Mia." Empire plans on releasing it into over 500 theaters, and if it makes a lot of money, more theaters will be added. It is expected to get a PG-13 rating.
