My thoughts:

- How in the jesus fucking tits does MTV (Mainstream TV) pick "National Treasure 2" as the best film of 2007-8? I liked it, but I could think of thirty better films released that time period.

- Jessica Biel... for "I Now Pronounce You Chuck And Larry"... Best Female Performance... LMFAO!

- Johnny Depp was a villain in "Sweeney Todd?" I could have swore he was an anti-hero.

- Why does Adam Sandler get another nomination for Best Comedic Performance? Especially for a movie like that. They might as well should have nominated Dane Cook for "Good Luck Chuck."

- Hayden Christensen and Jamie Bell for Best Fight? 1. No. 2. I thought we advocated fighting...

- Oh, and glad to see "Never Back Down" get some recognition, though I did call it as an "MTV movie."

- I love the Breakthrough Performance category. Why? Because it is the only place you will see Chris Brown nominated.

Feel free to share your thoughts.

I haven't watched MTV in decades.
I doubt I will catch this one at all.

I still peruse 'the MTV.' I'll no doubt catch the highlights of this glorified commercial...not like it will be hard to do since it will be replayed a 1000 times on all the collective channels.

Chris Brown...lol. He's on my list of people that need to be punched in the face.

Wow, most of these are laughable. Who in the heck comes up with these nominees? Do MTV veiwers vote online or something?
