Maguire and Raimi Return For "Spiderman 4"

Sony has locked in Sam Raimi and Tobey Maguire for “Spiderman 4,” according to Nikki Finke over at Deadline Hollywood. The screenwriter James Vanderbilt turned in the script and it leaves open for a fifth film also, so I guess we can be expecting that. I don’t know if we should really get another “Spiderman” film, especially after the one last summer. I still won’t apologize for what I said about that movie, because it is utterly dreadful. Maybe it will all change here… hopefully. I’m still going to give it a chance though. It’s still looking at a May 2011 release date.
