Sometime in the future the prison system has become privatized and is controlled and run by huge corporations. In one particular prison, the inmates are overseen by an all-powerful Warden who is helped by his Assistant Warden who, in turn, gives power to the "Gang of Four" to control the other prisoners by force. The gang consists of the most powerful inmates from the north, sound, east and west wings of the prison. They all have super Kung-fu powers; one has some pointy things on strings that he throws.
