Well it's about GODDAMN time. In a recent announcement, Regal Entertainment Group, the largest theater chain (despite the nearest one being twenty miles away from me), is now allowing red-banded trailers to play before every rated R film (since Regal doesn't play NC-17 or unrated films). If you don't know what a red-band is, they are dirtier than the ones that you see in the theater. A popular trend of red-banded trailers have been appearing over the internet, and Regal has made a great decision on allowing them. Now, hopefully in the coming weeks, AMC could follow suit...
