This film basically went dead after theaters stopped playing trailers and the release date kept being pushed back – but now Colin Farrell and Edward Norton’s new film “Pride and Glory” will finally see the light of day sooner than later. Originally to be released March 14, 2008, it was pushed back until sometime in 2009. Usually that means that it sucks if it is pushed back that far, but now it is moved up to October 24, 2008. This is great news because it may even be recognized for Oscar Season. Even though I didn’t really like “In Bruges,” I loved Farrell’s character. He won’t be able to receive a nomination for his job in that film, but could he perhaps get one here?
