Hey guys! Below is today's question of the day. Feel free to leave your thoughts via a comment. Write as much as you like as many times as you like. We had some awesome participation yesterday, and I really enjoyed reading everyone's thoughts and opinions on their favorite (and worst) movies of the summer. Special thanks to Dr. Royce, whose reference to "Speed Racer" as a neon anal bead became the funniest thing I've heard all week.

I would really like everyone to leave their thoughts, no matter how brief or long. Below is today's question, just a random thing that is flying through my head at the current moment, something for you to think about. Actually, it's a multi-part question. Comments are awesome! Have fun!!!

Question:  Do you go to a gym on a regular basis? If so, what is your workout like?

And, because Tony is on my ass about keeping the topics movie-related:

Does your gym have a movie theater built into it? Or, does your gym show movies?

My inspiration for this question comes from this:

I go to a gym everyday. There's a Retro Fitness in my town, and so I go there and workout regularly. Inside, there is what is called a Retro Theater. (All it is a movie theater. It had a large HD screen and surround sound like any other theater, and it's dark inside. The only difference is the lack of a popcorn stand. Oh, and instead of seats, there's a bunch of cardio equipment -- i.e. treadmills, bikes, etc.)

Anyways, they show the absolute WORST films there. This week along, they showed "Chuck and Larry", "Meet Dave", and "Spiderman 3". I really wish they would plau some good films...

Got any gym stories that you'd like to share?

Yes I go and alternate between weights and cardio-- I go as much as I can.

No movies and I have no problem with that. Just some tv's.
