Happy Cloud Pictures recently send out information and released the official poster for their up coming DVD release of "Demon Divas and the Lanes of Damnation" staring Amy Lynn Best, Debbie Rochon and Brinke Stevens.

Press Release:

The DVD of Pennsylvania-based Happy Cloud Pictures’ Demon Divas and the Lanes of Damnation releases officially on April 5, 2011.

Demon Divas is described as a throwback to the classic ‘80s horror comedies, specifically of the Olen Ray/DeCoteau/Wynorski era, ala Nightmare Sisters and, especially, Sorority Babes in the Slimeball Bowl-O-Rama. “Demon Divas is definitely kin to Sorority Babes,” says writer/director Mike Watt. “It’s funny, it’s goofy, has some good gore moments and utterly no other agenda. It’s just fun.”

The new movie also shares a common bond with the latter movies in its star, Brinke Stevens (Dr. Horror’s Erotic House of Idiots), who plays Morgan, one of five partners who open up a bowling alley in a small college town and, naturally, supernatural mayhem ensues. Her co-conspirators include Debbie Rochon (The Colour of the Dark), Amy Lynn Best (Splatter Movie: The Director’s Cut), Lilith Stabs (Severe Injuries) and Robyn Griggs (Another World). Joining them include Happy Cloud Pictures regulars Nikki McCrea, Sofiya Smirnova, Aaron Bernard, Stacy Bartlebaugh-Gmys, Gwendolyn, Bill Homan and new friends of the family Stephanie Bertoni, Tabatha Carrick and Tara Cooper. Photographed by DiggerFilms; Special Effects by Eric Molinaris (Black Sunrise) and score by Mars of Deadhouse Music.

The long-awaited DVD boasts two separate audio commentaries (writer/director Mike Watt and producer/co-star Amy Lynn Best; stars Nikki McCrea and Aaron Bernard), a Behind-the-scenes featurette, trailers and the bonus short “prequel” entitled The Night We Didn’t Discuss Myra Breckinridge starring cult phenomenon Bill Homan. The S.R.P. for this DVD is $9.95.

Preordering is available through orders@happycloudpictures.net as of 3/1/11.
