FilmArcade.net: "Chicago Overcoat" Shoot its Way Onto DVD.

MTI Home Video recently send us over information reguarding their upcoming film "Chicago Overcoat" which will be released on April 19th. The film stars Frank Vincent (Goodfellas, The Sopranos), Kathrine Narducci (A Bronx Tale, The Sopranos), Mike Starr (Goodfellas, Dumb & Dumber), Stacy Keach (W., American History X) and Armand Assante (American Gangster, Hoffa).

Now in their 27th year (1984-2011), MTI Home Video has become the premier film studio for independent filmmakers. On April 19, 2011, they will release the thriller CHICAGO OVERCOAT on DVD. The fates of an aging hit man (Vincent) and a washed up detective (Goldring) become entwined, when one last job leads to one last chance to settle an old score.

Marking his feature directorial debut, Brian Caunter brings together an all-star, award-winning cast, including Frank Vincent (Goodfellas, The Sopranos), Kathrine Narducci (A Bronx Tale, The Sopranos), Mike Starr (Goodfellas, Dumb & Dumber), Stacy Keach (W., American History X) and Armand Assante (American Gangster, Hoffa).

CHICAGO OVERCOAT was produced by John W. Bosher (Broke, Devil's Dominoes), and the screenplay was written by Josh Staman (Deadfall Trail), Andrew Dowd, John W. Bosher, and Brian Caunter. The film also stars Danny Goldring, Tim Gamble, Gina D'Ercoli, Robert Gerdisch, Mark Vallarta, and Barret Walz.

DVD features include: Closed Captioned, 16:9 widescreen format, 5.1 Dolby digital surround sound, 2 behind-the-scenes documentaries - "What is a Chicago Overcoat?" and "The Tommy Gun Shootout," deleted scenes, trailers, and optional Spanish subtitles.
