Breaking Glass Pictures will release the critically acclaimed SCALENE, a dark, edgy thriller that asks viewers to decide the truth for themselves in the face of tragedy. SCALENE streets July 31 on Blu-Ray (SRP $29.99) and DVD (SRP $24.99).

SCALENE brings the best and the worst in everyone to the surface in a twisted, layered tale of betrayal, lies and revenge.
In homage to the eponymous triangle, Parker tells SCALENE from three points of view, each revolving around the rape of a female college student by a mentally handicapped man and his mother’s subsequent breakdown. In the varying views, the absolute truth takes a back seat to who can tell the most convincing tale. What really occurred, and whom will you believe?
Scalene captured the Grand Jury Prize for Best Feature at Dances with Films in 2011 as well as Best Feature and Best Director from the Cincinnati Film Festival.
