IFC Films recently send us over still and the official trailer for their latest release "Manaic". The film is a remake of the 1981 cult classic. The film stars Elijah Wood (Lord of the Rings) and Nora Arnezeder. "Maniac" is currently in theaters in limited release and through various VOD providers.
