Paramount Home Entertainment announced today that 2011 Best Picture Nominee "The Fighter" will debut in a two-disc Blu-ray/DVD Combo Pack with Digital Copy, on standard DVD and on VOD March 15, 2011.

Directed by Academy Award® nominee David O. Russell (Three Kings), THE FIGHTER has received seven Academy Award nominations including Best Picture, Best Director, Best Supporting Actor (Christian Bale), Best Supporting Actress (Melissa Leo and Amy Adams), Best Original Screenplay and Best Editing. The powerful, uplifting and "remarkable" (Wall Street Journal) film tells the story of working-class pugilist "Irish" Micky Ward (Wahlberg) and his against-all-odds triumph in the ring that united his fractured family and brought pride to his blue-collar hometown. Bale portrays Ward's troubled older brother, Dicky Eklund, a role that has already earned him a Golden Globe®, SAG and National Board of Review award for Best Supporting Actor, as well as awards from numerous regional film critics' societies. Golden Globe and SAG winner and Oscar® nominee Melissa Leo (Frozen River) gives a knockout performance as Ward's mother and Oscar nominee Amy Adams (Doubt) stars as his girlfriend and future wife, Charlene.

THE FIGHTER Blu-ray/DVD Combo Pack with Digital Copy and standard DVD both include feature commentary by David O. Russell and a making of documentary entitled "The Warrior's Code: Filming The Fighter". The Blu-ray/DVD Combo also includes "Keeping The Faith", the real-life story of Micky and Dicky as told by family and friends, deleted scenes and a digital copy of the film.

The Broadcast Film Critics Association (BFCA) announced the winners of the 16th annual Critics' Choice Movie Awards earlier this evening. The star-studded ceremony was held at the Hollywood Palladium and aired live on VH1. "The Social Network" was named the year's Best Picture and David Fincher won Best Director honors for the film.

Other big winners of the night included Colin Firth, who took Best Actor for his role in "The King's Speech" and Natalie Portman, who won Best Actress for her role in "Black Swan." Also honored were Christian Bale with the Best Supporting Actor award and Melissa Leo for Best Supporting Actress both for their work in "The Fighter."

Best Action Movie went to "Inception," while Best Art Direction and Best Editing went to "The Social Network." "The Fighter" was honored with Best Acting Ensemble and Best Original Screenplay honors went to David Seidler for "The King's Speech." Best Young Actor/Actress went to Hailee Steinfeld for "True Grit." "Toy Story 3" won Best Animated Feature and Best Comedy went to "Easy A."

Distinguished actor and humanitarian Matt Damon was honored with the fourth annual Joel Siegel Award presented by Emily Blunt and Jimmy Kimmel. The BFCA created this award to honor those in the film community whose actions demonstrate that the greatest value of celebrity is the ability to do good work for others. This award pays homage to beloved "Good Morning America" film critic and BFCA member Joel Siegel, who lost his struggle with cancer in June, 2007.

The 16th Annual Critics' Choice Movie Awards also included a special nod to iconic film director Quentin Tarantino, who received the inaugural Critics' Choice Music+Film Award, presented by Tim Roth and Ice Cube. The all new Critics' Choice Music+Film Award was created to honor a single filmmaker who has not only inspired moviegoers with his cinematic storytelling, but has heightened the impact of film through the brilliant use of source and soundtrack music.

The show featured Maroon 5 as this year's house band. In addition to entertaining the audience throughout the awards ceremony, the band gave a special red carpet performance during the live pre-show, and also performed "Stuck in the Middle with You" from the movie "Reservoir Dogs." Keri Hilson also performed "Son of a Preacher Man" during the Critic's Choice Music+Film Award tribute to Quentin Tarantino.

Inspired by the most notorious missing person's case in New York history, ALL GOOD THINGS is a love story and murder mystery set against the backdrop of a New York real estate dynasty in the 1980s. Produced and directed by Andrew Jarecki (director of the Academy Award-nominated doc Capturing the Friedmans and producer of Catfish), the film was inspired by the story of Robert Durst, scion of the wealthy Durst family. Mr. Durst was suspected but never tried for killing his wife Kathie who disappeared in 1982 and was never found. The film stars Ryan Gosling, Kirsten Dunst and Frank Langella as the powerful patriarch, and captures the emotion and complexion of this real-life unsolved mystery.

"All Good Things" is availible on demand and hits theaters in limited release on December 3rd.

The Fighter is inspired by the true story of two brothers who, against all the odds, come together to train for a historic title bout that will unite their fractured family, redeem their pasts and, at last, give their hard-luck town what it's been waiting for: pride. The story unfolds on the gritty, blue-collar streets of Lowell, Mass, where Dicky was once known as "The Pride of Lowell" having gone the distance with the world champion Sugar Ray Leonard. However, after losing that fight, like the town of Lowell, Dicky's fallen on hard times. His boxing days are behind him and his life has become shattered by drug abuse. Younger brother Micky, meanwhile, has become the family's fighter and fading hope for a champion. But despite all of his work, Micky's career is failing and he loses fight after punishing fight. Dicky and Micky's tougher-than-nails mother, Alice (MELISSA LEO), manages his career and Dicky serves as his highly unreliable trainer. When Micky's latest fight nearly kills him, it looks like it could all be over -- until his iron-willed new girlfriend, Charlene (AMY ADAMS), convinces him to do the unthinkable: split with his family, pursue his own interests and train without his increasingly volatile and criminal brother. Now Micky has the chance of a lifetime as he earns a shot at the World Championship. But when his brother and dysfunctional family reenter his life, they must all reconcile their pasts and become more than just a family in name.
