Is anyone really surprised that “Disaster Movie” has a 0% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes? Is it any more surprising than the fact that the film made only seven million at the box office this weekend? Seven million is still a lot, but it is a start (though I think I would have rather saw the numbers with “Disaster Movie” switched around with “Hamlet 2”). So it shouldn’t be too surprising that “Disaster Movie” is the worst movie ever made, right? At the end of “The Dark Knight’s” first weekend, it was number one on the IMDb’s top 250. At the end of “Disaster Movie’s” first weekend, it became number one on the IMDb’s Bottom 100. The list moves around a lot, but the only other film to do it this year is (SURPISE) “The Hottie and the Nottie.” Check it out here. (And I know I see a lot of shitty movies, but I only saw like ten that are on the Bottom 100. I feel pretty good about that.)

No. It's not surprising. I warned my readers off a few weeks ago (assuming any of them actually needed the warning). :-)

Good. Is it possible that they will take a hint and stop making these horrible movies? I sure hope so.
