Randy's Question of the Day: 9/18/08

Hey everyone! This is a re-post from yesterday. The banner goes up tomorrow, so be sure to get your votes in! (Although I have a feeling of which one is going to win). The red one is up for today so you can all see what it looks like on the site. Cheers.

Hola, everyone! I hope your week is going well. The Oscar nom question yesterday was popular, and I want to thank everyone for your detailed responses. Below is today's question. It's a poll of the FilmArcade community, (and it's an important one!!!), so be sure to vote!

Today's question regards our banner. Out of respect for the victims of 9/11, FilmArcade.net designed a special banner in tribute of those who were lost on that fateful day. Tony and I decided to leave it up for 1 week, out of respect.

On Friday, I will be replacing the banner with a traditional FilmArcade banner. However, you guys, Arcaders and Readers, have a choice:

1) This was our original banner. (Is it too early to call it vintage??? =D) It's color is purple-based, and it shows a picture of an arcade, with the slogan: "Not film critics... Just Movie Lovers!!!" Here is what it looks like:

2) Your second option is the red one. The color, of course, is red-based. It shows a picture of a movie theater, with the slogan: "FilmArcade.net: Your Feature Presentation!". Personally, I think that this one looks nice with the layout. Here is what it looks like:

I'm going to put the purple one up for the rest of Wednesday, just to give you an idea of what it looks like with the layout. Tomorrow, and for the rest of Thursday, I'm going to put the red one up all day, also, to give you an idea of how it looks with the site.

Tomorrow, there will be no question of the day. I will repost today's question. Please reply to this post via a comment, and vote on which banner you want at the top of FilmArcade.net starting Friday. You only have today and tomorrow to vote, so get to it!
