He has a doting master named Ashley (Rhiannon Leigh Wryn), a comfortable doghouse in the back yard, and a satisfying routine. Not far away, in a laboratory at Envigormax, Dr. Victor Lloyd (Brian Stepanek) is brewing trouble along with new energy drink recipes. By happenstance, Max becomes injected with Dr. Lloyd’s formula and turns into “Monster Mutt” and many adventures ensue where Max will meet an antagonistic human mutant, a kindly veterinarian, and the vet’s own dog, the lovely Lady. Plus, will Ashley find the antidote in time to save her beloved pooch?
