After Dark Films has send us over information and stills for the first that are apart of After Dark Originals 2. The films are "Dark Circles" - Starring Johnathon Schaech, and Pell James, and written and directed by Paul Soter, "Red Clover" directed by Drew Daywalt (Death Valley), written by Anthony C. Ferrante (Headless Horseman) and starring Billy Zane (Titanic, Dead Calm), William Devane (Knots Landing, Payback) and Andrea Frankel (21 Jump Street) and "Asylum" directed by Todor Chapkanov (Vampyre Nation), written by Chris Mancini (The Comedy Film Nerds Guide to Movies) and starring Stephen Rae (Underworld:Awakening), which we also received the trailer for.

After Dark Films announces three of the After Dark Originals 2 films.

The three films thus far are:


· Dark Circles - Starring Johnathon Schaech, and Pell James, and written and directed by Paul Soter. When new parents Alex and Penny retreat from the city and move into a place outside town, the stress and massive sleep-deprivation caused by their infant has both of them seeing things in the house that may or may not exist. As their fragile grasp on reality spirals into delirium, Alex and Penny find themselves nearly helpless to deal with the horrific truth of what is really going on in this house.

· Red Clover. Directed by Drew Daywalt (Death Valley), written by Anthony C. Ferrante (Headless Horseman) and starring Billy Zane (Titanic, Dead Calm), William Devane (Knots Landing, Payback) and Andrea Frankel (21 Jump Street). Days before the annual St. Patrick's Day parade, Karen O'Hara unwittingly unleashes a vicious Leprechaun upon the citizens of Keening, MA. As the creature runs amuck, killing and eating gold, Karen and her family must find a way to stop it before Karen falls prey to its four-day curse.



· Asylum. Directed by Todor Chapkanov (Vampyre Nation), written by Chris Mancini (The Comedy Film Nerds Guide to Movies) and starring Stephen Rae (Underworld:Awakening). A veteran hostage negotiator’s next call leads him to an overrun insane asylum. He soon finds that dark forces are pushing the patients to commit atrocities, and that he may be the only one that can stop them.

After Dark Films has send us information regarding "Dark Circles", the first film announced for After Dark Originals 2. The film is written and directed by Paul Soter, a member of the comedy troupe Broken Lizards. "Dark Circles" will be hitting theaters sometime in 2012, as part of After Dark Originals 2.

After Dark Films kicks off After Dark Originals 2 with its first chilling feature of the new series that will send shivers down your spine. DARK CIRCLES, written and directed by Writer-Director Paul Soter (of Broken Lizard infamy, the team behind CLUB DREAD, SUPER TROOPERS and BEERFEST) and starring Pell James (The Lincoln Lawyer) and Johnathon Schaech (That Thing You Do), will have its blood-curdling theatrical release in 2012.

Synopsis:

When new parents Alex and Penny retreat from the city and move into a place outside town, the stress and massive sleep-deprivation caused by their infant has both of them seeing things in the house that may or may not exist. Persistent sightings of a strange woman has each of them wondering if they are suffering from hallucinations, or if their new home holds a dark, supernatural presence. As their fragile grasp on reality spirals into delirium, Alex and Penny find themselves nearly helpless to deal with the horrific truth of what is really going in this house.
