Summit Entertainment recently released stills for their upcoming release of "Snitch", which stars current WWE champion Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. Plot Synopsis:

If you’ve ever wanted to see former WWE Superstar Al Snow battle zombie aliens in a desperate attempt to get to his nine-year-old son’s birthday party, 2013 is your year. On January 1, The award-winning horror/comedy “Overtime” blasts its way to DVD, Blu-ray and Video-on-demand.

The multi-genre movie tells the story of Raph (Al Snow), a family man and hit man who has trouble balancing the responsibilities of work and home. When he finds himself locked in an alien-infested lab with his partner Max (John Wells), Raph must find a way to save a small group of survivors, keep himself safe from a horde of zombie aliens and get to his son's birthday party on time.

The DVD and Blu-ray will be available at national retailers including Walmart and Blockbuster as well as all major VOD outlets. Fans can also preorder the movie on Amazon, and can stay up-to-date with the latest overtime news at the official “Overtime” site.

“Overtime” premiered to a sold-out crowd at the Fright Night Film Festival, winning eight awards including best actor, best actress, best cinematography, and best of the fest. The movie features an ensemble cast, wall-to-wall creature and make-up effects, and over two-hundred computer generated effects shots.

“We didn’t have a huge budget, so we had to find creative ways to solve problems,” says Cunningham. “The result is a movie that focuses on comedy and character to tell an intimate story. Filled with zombie-aliens.”

The Woodhaven Production Company is pleased to announce the signing of professional wrestling legend Tommy Dreamer and (TNA) Wrestler Thea Trinidad. Dreamer is best known for his time spent with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW). After nine years and leaving the WWE in 2010, Dreamer worked for "Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). Among other accolades, he is fourteen-time WWE Hardcore Champion and a two-time world champion, having won the "ECW World Championship twice. Dreamer is the only man to have won this title in both the original company and in the WWE re-launch. The man famously known as the "Innovator of Violence" in the ring now brings the same ferocity to his on screen roles. Thea Trinidad aka Rosita is a female professional wrestler, currently competing for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. In TNA, she is a former Tag Team Champion.

They join Oscar Nominated actor Eric Roberts (The Dark Knight, The Expendables) and horror legend Michael Berryman (The Hills Have Eyes, One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest) along with Jonathan Silverman (Weekend at Bernie's, Inkubus) in Self Storage. Verdi stated, "We are very pleased to have signed both Dreamer and Trinidad, they bring a very special look and feel to the film." Filming began in mid-July on location in East Greenwich, RI and is expected to wrap very soon. The company will soon be releasing new behind the scene photos to its fan base.

Self Storage, written by Rhode Island actor/writer/producer Tom DeNucci (Inkubus, Loosies, Infected), tells the story of Jake, the night watchman working at a highly secured self storage facility. His pals are home from college and looking to party. Jake (Tom DeNucci) invites them to his work for a fiesta of his own. Innocent mischief turns a naughty night of sex, drugs and rock and roll into an evening of pure terror. Barbed wire fences are meant to keep people OUT. But these fences keep people IN. Eric Roberts plays the role of Walter, a former black operative with an evil secret. Walter, along with his faithful brother at arms, Trevor (Michael Berryman), has some unfinished business with a seedy underworld grifter, Jonah (Jonathan Silverman). Black market business mixes with pleasure when Jake and his pals stumble upon this heinous covert operation.

Verdi stated, "This film is going to be something very special. It started with a great script and now with this cast, the sky is the limit." Verdi is planning for a March 2013 release. Self Storage is being produced by Verdi, Gino Pereira and Tom DeNucci. DeNucci will direct. Michelle Verdi will head music and soundtrack.

Woodhaven added Executive-Producers Danielle Corsa, David and Sherry Lussier, David Gere, Carl Dupre and Jonathan Silverman to the project. David Gere was instrumental in the signing of Dreamer and Trinklad. Local actors, Tom Paolino, Billy Vigeant, Sera Verdi, Chad Verdi, Jr. and Tanya Lynch round out the cast.

Been very curious to see this film, ever since I heard the news that this was picked up by WWE Studios.

Plot Synopsis:

WWE Studios recently send us over the official trailer and poster for their upcoming film "That's What I Am", which recently played the Santa Barbara International Film Festival and at the Palm Beach International Film Festival.

Plot Synopsis:

Set in California against the backdrop of the mid-sixties, That’s What I Am is a coming-of-age story that follows 12-year-old Andy Nichol (Chase Ellison), a bright student who, like most kids his age, will do anything to avoid conflict for fear of suffering overwhelming ridicule and punishment from his junior high school peers.

Everyone’s favorite teacher, Mr. Simon (Ed Harris), pairs Andy with the school’s biggest outcast and social pariah, Stanley aka “Big G” (Alexander Walters), on a critical school project. Sporting thick orange hair, a head too big for his body and ears too big for his head, “Big G” has been the object of ridicule since grade school. Before long, Andy will learn that there was truly a method behind Mr. Simon’s madness as to why he teamed these two up.

After a dramatic incident in the schoolyard, teachers and parents rethink their roles in school and society. Principal Kelner (Amy Madigan) suspends a school bully for brutally beating up a female classmate. The vindictive father of the bully makes Mr. Simon the target of a malicious rumor about his sexuality, causing Mr. Simon to question his calling as an educator and mentor to his students.

When Andy watches “Big G” fearlessly confront the school bully about the incident, a series of events are triggered. Much to Andy’s surprise, he learns that “Big G” is a brilliant, kind, tolerant human being, who as more dignity than anyone Andy has ever encountered.
